摘 要:EAP虽在我国引入时间不长,但近年来得到了很大发展。随着EAP在我国的深入发展,理清其与人力资源管理模块的两种关系是首先要解决的问题。中国特色的EAP之路有两条:贯彻"以人为本"的政策思想,国企先行,发挥示范效应以带动其他企业;EAP与各种组织承担社会责任相结合。EAP has been achieved great development in recent year; however, it' s introduced to China in not a long time. Domestic scholars' re- search on EAP can be summarized into three aspects: general understanding, service model discussion and the implementation strategies research. Meanwhile, its practice showed us a regional differences and phase differences. With the further development of it in China, Whether future EAP development will achieve or not, it is decided by how we identify the relations about EAP and the HR modules. The two possible ways about Chi- nese characteristic EAP is that, can'ying out the "people-oriented" policy, the state-owned companies adopt this program firstly, in order to spur other companies by playing a demonstration effect. Organizations undertake the social responsibility by adopting EAP.
