摘　　要：把信息共享空间(Information Commons,简称IC)的先进理念和做法引入医院图书馆,开展学科IC建设与服务,为医院图书馆创新服务提供了宝贵机遇。阐述了学科IC服务的理念架构,从联合参考咨询服务、学科信息导航服务、学科信息支持服务、信息主动推送服务和读者培训与学习指导服务等方面分析了学科IC信息服务的内容,并结合本单位工作实践,从临床医疗情报支持服务、重点学科信息导读服务、科研情报支持服务、管理决策情报支持服务、信息素养培训五个方面探讨了医院图书馆基于用户需求开展学科IC服务的具体做法和模式。Conception and its implementation of information common（IC） is introduced into hospital library and discipline IC service is carried out and gives a good opportunity for hospital library innovation.The conception framework of IC is introduced.IC contents are analyzed in aspects of combined reference consultation service,discipline information navigation service,discipline information support service,actively information express service and training for readers.Based on the practice of Yuhuangding Hospital,the implementation and mode of client demand oriented discipline IC service in hospital library in aspects of clinical medical information support service,key discipline information guidance service,management and decision making information support service and information capacity training service are discussed.
