利培酮对偏执型精神分裂症患者血糖及血脂代谢的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨究利培酮对首发偏执型精神分裂症患者糖脂代谢影响。方法2006年2月～2010年2月间入我院子利培酮治疗的偏执型精神分裂症患者124例，分析利培酮治疗8周前后的血糖、胆固醇、甘油三酯浓度。结果（1）利培酮治疗后，血糖略有下降，但差异无统计学意义（t=1．252，P=0．257），男女之间血糖改变无差异；（2）利培酮治疗后，血胆固醇明显升高（t=4．556，P〈0．01）、血甘油三酯明显升高（t=2．438，P〈0．05），差异均有统计学意义，且男性患者组血胆固醇（t=3．216，P〈0．01）、与甘油三酯（t=2．381，P〈0．05）升高较女性明显。结论利培酮对首发偏执型分裂症患者血脂存在影响，并存在性别差异，而对于空腹血糖的影响不明显。Objective To explore the effects of risperidone on glucose and lipid metabolism in schizophrenic patients with their first episode. Methods 124 first--episode drug--na？ ve schizophrenic patients were recruited, who were admitted to our hospital from January 2006 to January 2010. The plasma concentrations of BS, TC and TG after 8 week risperidone treatment were analysed. Results （1）Eight weeks after risperidone treatment, blood glucose decreased slightly and insignificant statistically. There was no difference in blood glucose level between sexes. （2）After risperidone treatment, TC （t = 4. 556,P 〈 0.01） and TG （t = 2. 438,P 〈0.05） concentrations were significantly increased. Moreover,male patients showed more severe side--effects in their lipid metabolism than females （P 〈0.01 ,P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Risperidone had side--effects on the lipid metabolism with gender difference, but no effect on blood glucose.
