摘 要:目的探讨肿瘤抑癌基因PTEN蛋白在皮肤鳞状细胞癌(简称皮肤鳞癌)中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化EliVision法染色,观察PTEN蛋白在皮肤鳞癌中的表达情况。结果 PTEN蛋白在正常皮肤的阳性表达率为100%,而在皮肤鳞癌组下降为48.1%,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且染色评分也随之降低(P<0.01);PTEN蛋白在高分化鳞癌组及中-低分化组中的阳性率分别为78.6%、36.8%,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);皮肤鳞癌中伴有淋巴结转移组的PTEN阳性率为9.1%,明显低于无转移组58.5%,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 PTEN蛋白表达的降低可能与皮肤鳞癌的发生、发展有关。Objectives To investigate the expression of PTEN in Cutaneous Squamous cell carcinoma(SCC),and to explore the effects of PTEN in SCC.Methods To detect the expression of PTEN by EliVision immunohistochemical method.The results were analyzed statistically.Results In normal control tissues,the expression rates of PTEN was 100%,While in SCC the expression rates of PTEN was 48.1%(P0.01),at the same time the staining value also decreased(P0.01);In the well differentiated SCC group,the expression rates of PTEN was 78.6%,while in the moderate differentiated and the poor differentiated group was 36.8%(P0.05);In SCC with lymph node metastasis,the expression rates of PTEN was 9.1%,While in SCC without lymph node metastasis was 58.5%(P0.01).Conclusions Decrease of PTEN seems to involve in occurrence and progression of SCC.
