摘  要:目的:探讨畸胎瘤细胞源性生长因子(PCcell-derived growth factor,PCDGF)和血管内皮生长因子(Vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)在皮肤基底细胞癌、皮肤鳞状细胞癌中的表达及其与临床病理参数之间的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测42例皮肤鳞状细胞癌、30例基底细胞癌和20例正常皮肤组织中PCDGF和VEGF蛋白的表达情况。结果:与正常皮肤相比,PCDGF和VEGF蛋白在皮肤鳞状细胞癌和基底细胞癌中表达明显升高(P<0.01),皮肤鳞状细胞癌中PCDGF和VEGF蛋白表达强度又明显高于基底细胞癌(P<0.01)。PCDGF和VEGF蛋白在皮肤鳞状细胞癌中的表达水平与肿瘤的浸润深度和淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05),而与肿瘤的大小、病理分级无关(P>0.05)。PCDGF和VEGF蛋白在皮肤鳞状细胞癌中的表达呈正相关(rs=0.765,P<0.01)。结论:PCDGF蛋白和VEGF蛋白的异常表达在表皮恶性肿瘤的发生和发展中发挥重要作用,并与皮肤鳞状细胞癌的侵袭性生长潜能密切相关。Objective: To investigate the expressions of PC cell derived growth factor(PCDGF) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in basal cell carcinoma(BCC),squamous cell carcinoma(SCC) and their relationship with clinical pathological parameters of SCC.Methods: Immunohistochemical staining was used to examine the expressions of PCDGF and VEGF in 42 cases of SCC,30 cases of BCC and 20 specimens of normal skin.Results: PCDGF and VEGF proteins were abnormally increased in SCC and BCC as compared with normal skin(all P0.01).Expressions of PCDGF and VEGF in SCC were also significantly higher than those in BCC(both P0.01).The positive expressions of PCDGF and VEGF tended to be associated positively with the invasion depth of SCC(both P0.01) as well as tumor metastasis(both P0.01).But the positive expressions of PCDGF and VEGF were not related with the tumor size or histological grades(both P0.05).The Spearman analysis indicated that the expression level of PCDGF was positively correlated with that of VEGF significantly in SCC(rs=0.765,P0.01).Conclusion:These findings suggest that PCDGF and VEGF play an important role in the pathogenesis of epidermal tumors.Abnormal expressions of PCDGF and VEGF may be related to infiltration and metastasis potential in SCC.
