摘　　要：目的:探讨原发于鼻腔-鼻窦的T/NK淋巴瘤的临床特点。方法:对16例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:鼻腔和鼻窦的T/NK淋巴瘤症状不典型,包括鼻塞、鼻出血、局部肿胀及发热等,临床误诊率高;高分期及高侵袭性淋巴瘤预后差。结论:鼻腔鼻窦的T/NK淋巴瘤临床症状不典型,应提高对该病的认识,防止误诊;预后有赖于病理分型和临床分期。Objective：To explore the clinical characteristics and treatment effect of primary sinonasal T/NK lymphomas.Methods：Sixteen cases of primary sinonasal T/NK lymphomas were reviewed retrospectively.Results：The clinical symptoms of these patients included nasal obstruction,epistaxis,nasal discharge,fever etc,of which misdiagnosis was often found clinically.The prognosis of patients of higher stage and higher malignancy was bad.Conclusion：Sinonasal T/NK lymphomas are a distinct clinicopathological category and the clinical symptoms are noncharacteristic.We should pay attention to the distinction and promote the knowledge of this disease to avoid misdiagnosis.The prognosis is related to pathological category and clinical stage.
