摘  要:将120只小鼠分为4个试验组:Ⅰ组饲喂含牛脑组织的饲料,Ⅱ组饲喂含牛脑组织的饲料并腹腔注射牛脑提取物,Ⅲ组饲喂常规小鼠饲料并腹腔注射空白体外消化液,Ⅳ组饲喂常规小鼠饲料。分别在试验开始后第30、90和150天测定各组小鼠的学习记忆能力及脑源性神经营养因子的表达水平。通过分析长期摄入牛脑组织成分对小鼠学习记忆能力的影响,为牛脑及其产品的食用安全性提供参考和理论依据。结果显示,长期摄入(饲喂或/和注射)牛脑组织将降低脑源性神经营养因子的表达水平,导致小鼠学习记忆能力在成年期显著下降。证实长期摄入牛脑组织成分对小鼠学习记忆能力有不利影响。In order to evaluate the effects on the ability of learning and memory in mice,long-term intake bovine brain ingredients through mouth or injection was carried out.Active brain ingredients were extracted from healthy bovine by in vitro digesting in simulated human gastrointestinal tract environment.Brains were also dried and produced into feed.140 mice were divided into four groups in equal:the first group was fed with feed containing bovine brain ingredients,the second group was fed with feed containing bovine brain ingredients and intraperitoneally injected with brain ingredients,the third group was fed with normal feed as feeding control,and the last group was intraperitoneally injected with blank digestive solution as injecting control.The ability of learning and memory as well as the expression level of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) was measured on day 30,90 and 150 post-treatment,respectively.The results showed that expression of the BDNF was reduced as well as the ability of learning and memory among the feeding or injecting groups.Long-term intakes of bovine brain tissue had detrimental play bad effects on the learning and memory ability of mice.
