摘　　要：目的:通过Meta分析方法评价蛋白激酶Cθ对胃肠道间质瘤的诊断价值.方法:检索Pubmed数据库、万方数据库、维普数据库、CBM以及CNKI数据库,搜集1998-2010年国内外公开发表的以病理诊断结果为金标准的关于蛋白激酶Cθ诊断胃肠道间质瘤的英文、中文文献,按照Meta分析的要求和诊断试验公认的质量标准对所有的纳入研究进行质量评估.采用Meta-disc1.4软件进行数据分析,得到合并的诊断敏感度和特异度、合并的阳性和阴性似然比以及合并的比数比,并绘制接受者工作特征(SROC)曲线.结果:共纳入9篇(2001-2008年)国内外有关蛋白激酶Cθ诊断胃肠道间质瘤的文献,涉及研究对象1141例.9篇文献研究结果存在异质性(P=0.0042,I2=64.3%).利用随机效应模型合并的诊断敏感度和特异度分别为93%(95%CI:91%-95%)、93%(95%CI:91%-95%),合并阳性似然比为12.47(95%CI:6.30-24.70),合并阴性似然比为0.10(95%CI:0.05-0.17),合并比数比为138.19(95%CI:52.75-362.04),加权SROC面积为0.9713(SE=0.0116).结论:蛋白激酶Cθ可作为敏感度以及特异度均高的标记物用于胃肠道间质瘤的诊断.AIM：To perform a meta-analysis to assess the value of protein kinase C theta in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumors.METHODS：English or Chinese papers published from 1998 to 2010,which evaluated the diagnostic value of protein kinase C theta for gastrointestinal stromal tumors using pathologic diagnosis as the gold standard,were identified by searching Pubmed,Embase,Wanfang data,VIP,CBM and CNKI.The quality of included studies was assessed using the QUADAS tool.Meta-disc 1.4 software was used to extract data and to calculate the overall sensitivity,specificity,positive likelihood ratio,negative likelihood ratio,and diagnostic odds ratio.The summary receiver operating characteristic（SROC） curve was plotted.RESULTS：Nine studies involving 1 141 patients were included in the meta-analysis.The results for the nine studies were inconsistent（P = 0.0042,I2 = 64.3%）.The overall sensitivity,specificity,positive likelihood ratio,negative likelihood ratio,and diagnostic odds ratio were 93%（95%CI：91%-95%）,93%（95%CI：91%-95%）,12.47（95%CI：6.30-24.70）,0.10（95%CI：0.05-0.17） and 138.19（95%CI：52.75-362.04）,respectively.The weighted area under the ROC curve（AUC） was 0.9713（SE = 0.0116）.CONCLUSION：Protein kinase C theta has a high value in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumors.
