摘 要:探明未开发储量的地质复杂性,决定了其开发技术和经济评价的难度。评价时涉及两个基本问题:一是评价准则,二是评价方法。文中通过典型研究,提出了储层控制程度、渗透率、埋深、储量规模、丰度、流度及产能达标度等有关储量的数量、质量及开采难度(准经济)的7个参数、3个因素多层次评价准则,并将灰色系统关联度理论与探明未开发储量的特点相结合,提出了灰色多层次综合评估法,使得以区块为评价单元的未开发储量的价值优劣,即可动用程度得以量化表现。实际应用表明,这是一种有效而实用的综合评估新方法,具有一定的经济和社会效益。The geological complexity of the proved nonproducing reserves resulted in the difficulty of its exploitation technique and economic evaluation. Accordingly, two basic problems would be faced at the time of evaluation: one is evaluation criterion, the other is evaluation method. Based on typical study, multistage evaluation criterion of seven parameters and three factors about the quantity, quality and production difficulty (quasieconomic) of the reserves is proposed in this paper. The seven parameters are reservoir control degree, permeability, burial depth, reserves amount, reserves richness, mobility and degree of reaching the productivity standard. At the same time, by combining the theory of Gray System Theory correlation degree with the characteristics of the proved nonproducing reserves, multistage comprehensive gray evaluation is proposed, which makes the reseves exploitable scale per estimation unit (block) be quantitated by computer programming and processing. It is confirmed by practice that this method is an effective and practical new multistage comprehensive estimate one with good economical and social benefits.
