摘 要:目的探讨模糊综合评价法在临床护理见习教学效果评价中的应用效果。方法采用自行设计的问卷,调查226名护生对其见习医院教学的评价。通过选择评价指标,利用模糊综合评价法建立数学模型,对见习教学质量进行综合分析。结果 37.57%的护生评价该医院的见习教学质量为"优秀;"46.30%的护生评价为"良好;"14.36%的护生评价为"一般;"1.77%的护生评价为"差"。护生对该医院见习教学质量的评分值为86.56分,综合评价为"良好"。结论模糊综合评价法能科学、定量地评价教学质量,在见习教学评价中具有可行性和实用性。Objective To explore appllcation and the effects of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in nursing probation teaching. Methods A self- designed questionnaire was used to investigate 226 nursing students to evaluate the clinical teaching of hospitals. It was a comprehensive evaluation and analysis by choosing the appropriate index and establishing the mathematical model based on fuzzy comprehensive analysis method. Results In all respondents, 37.57% cases thought the quality of clinical teaching was excellent,46.30% good, 14.36% general,and 1.77% poor. The total mean score of nursing evaluation to the probation teaching quality was 86.56, which was in the good level. Conclusion Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method can evaluate the teaching quality scientifically and quantitatively. It is feasible and oractical in assessing the oualitv of clinical teaching.
