侵蚀性葡萄胎患者化疗的护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨侵蚀性葡萄胎化疗患者的整体护理,以预防或减轻化疗对身体的危害,使患者顺利渡过化疗期及恢复期。方法:对收治的32例侵蚀性葡萄胎化疗患者的护理措施进行了回顾性分析。结果:本组全部患者均圆满完成化疗任务,效果较满意。结论:侵蚀性葡萄胎化疗周期较长,患者常伴有不同程度的不良反应,因此必须精心护理,减轻或避免化疗不良反应及并发症的发生,保证化疗顺利进行。Objective：To improve the overall physical and psychological care in patients with invasive mole during chemotherapy,prevent or mitigate harm tduring chemotherapy in order get through chemotherapy recovery phase.Method：32 patients were treated with chemotherapy in patients with invasive mole nursing were analyzed.Results：patients successfully completed chemotherapy with satisfactory results and less side.Conclusion：The invasive mole long cycle chemotherapy,patients often accompanied by varying degrees toxicity,so care must be careful ensure smooth progress chemotherapy.
