躯体形式障碍患者生活质量及社会支持状况调查

摘　　要：目的了解躯体形式障碍患者的生活质量与社会支持状况，为临床干预提供依据。方法将100例在我院门诊就诊的躯体形式障碍患者设为患者组，抽取同期医院所在地一般资料与患者组相匹配的健康者60名设为对照组；采用社会支持评定量表、生活质量综合评定问卷对两组被试进行测评分析。结果患者组生活质量综合评定问卷总分及躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能维度分均显著低于对照组（P〈O．01），而物质生活维度分与对照组差异无显著性（P〉0．05）；患者组生活质量总分及躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能维度与社会支持总分及各维度分均呈显著正相关（P〈O．05或0．01），物质生活维度仅与社会支持总分呈显著正相关（P〈0．05）。结论躯体形式障碍患者的生活质量明显下降，社会支持度及生活质量均显著低于正常人群，应引起人们的普遍关注。Objective To keep abreast of quality of life and social support in patients with somatoform dis- orders in order to provide basis for clinical intervention. Methods One hundred patients with somatoform disorders who visited outpatient service of our hospital were assigned to patient group and 60 general-information-matched healthy subjects in the corresponding period selected from the hospital location to control group; assessments were carried out with the Social Support Rating Sacle（SSRS） and the Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74（GQOLI-74）. Results The total, body function, mental function and social function score of the GQOLI-74 were significantly lower in the patient than in the control group （P〈0.01） , but material life score had no significant difference between two groups （P〉0.05） ; the total, body function, mental function and social function score of the GQOLI-74 were notably positively related to the total and each dimension score of the SSRS （P〈0.05 or 0.01）, material life score was only positively related to the total score of the SSRS （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The quality of life of patients with somatoform disorders obviously loweres, their social support and quality of life are significantly lower compared with normal population, as should be paid dose attention to.
