摘 要:目的探讨认知重建教育对恢复期精神分裂症患者社会功能的影响。方法将156例精神分裂症患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组78例,观察组实际完成76例,对照组实际完成75例。两组均采用常规抗精神病药物治疗和一般心理治疗,观察组在此基础上接受认知重建教育。于治疗前、治疗3个月末、随访6个月末采用社会功能缺陷筛查量表评定两组患者社会功能缺陷状况。结果两组治疗前社会功能缺陷筛查量表评分差异无显著性(P〉O.05);观察组治疗3个月末社会功能缺陷筛查量表10个项目评分均显著低于治疗前(P〈O.05或0.01),对照组仅个人生活自理、对外界兴趣关心项目评分显著低于治疗前(P〈O.05);观察组治疗3个月末、随访6个月末职业和工作能力、婚姻职能、父母职能、社会性退缩、家庭职能、个人生活自理、对外界兴趣关心项目评分均显著低于对照组(P〈O.05或0.01)。结论认知重建教育能明显改善精神分裂症患者恢复期的社会功能,提高生活质量。Objective To discuss the effect of cognitive restructuring on social function of convalescent schizophrenia patients. Methods 156 schizophrenics were randomly divided into two groups of 78 patients each, seventy-six patients completed the study in research group and seventy-five in control group; both groups received routine antipsychotics and general psychotherapy, and observation group was plus cognitive restructuring education. Social disabilities were assessed with the Social Disability Screening Scale (SDSS) at the end of 3 month treatment and 6 month follow-up. Results There was no significabt difference in scores of SDSS between the two groups before treatment;at the end of 3 month treatmen the SDSS scores of 10 projects in the observation group were significantly lower than before treatment (P〈0.05 or 0.01) ;in the control group the SDSS scores of personal care,interest in the outside world were significantly lower than before treatment (P〈0.05) ;at the end of 3 month treatment and 6 month follow-up, the SDSS scores on work performance, marital and parental function, social withdrawal, family functions, personal care and interest in the outside world were significantly lower in the observation than in control group (P〈0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion Cognitive restructuring education can obviously improve the social function of convalescent schizophrenia patients and boost quality of life.
