摘  要:长期在高温下运行的乙烯裂解炉管内表面会发生渗碳现象,导致炉管的使用寿命下降。对已运行7个月的国产回炼乙烯裂解炉管和同类型进口炉管进行了化学成分分析及常温和高温力学性能测试,并采用剥层化学分析法和Larson-Miller曲线外推法分析研究了炉管的抗渗破性能和剩余寿命。试验结果表明,国产回炼炉管高温持久强度优于进口炉管,且剩余寿命比进口炉管长约1倍,但抗渗碳性能略低于进口炉管。The service life of ethylene cracking furnace pipe will be reduced as a result of carbonization of inner face of the pipe running constantly at high temperature. The chemical composition of homemade ethylene cracking furnace pipe is compared with that of the imported one, their mechanical properties at high temperature are tested, and the anti-car bonization and residual life of the furnace pipe are investigated by means of chemical composition analysis and Larson Miller curve-extrapolation. The test results show that the high-temperature endurance strength of the homemade furnace pipe is higher than that of the imported one, and its residual life is twice that of the imported one, but its carbonization resistance is lower comparatively.
