摘　　要：高职院校学生入党积极分子是中国共产党新鲜血液的重要来源,要把他们培养成为合格的党员,必须从端正入党动机入手,加强对他们的党性培养。因为,如果让持有错误入党动机的人加入中国共产党,将使中国共产党的先进性丧失殆尽。只有让入党动机正确的学生入党,才能使中国共产党的宗旨有忠实的践行者,中国共产党先进性有可靠的体现者。端正入党动机的方法就是加强对学生入党积极分子的党性教育,引导他们自觉地加强党性修养。The quality colleges and universities student joins a political party the activist is the Communist Party of China fresh blood＇s important origin,must raise into them the qualified party member,must from join a political party the motive to obtain straight,to strengthen to their party spirit raise.Because,if lets have joins a political party the motive person to join the Communist Party of China wrongly,will cause Communist Party of China＇s sophistication to forfeit.Only then lets join a political party the motive correct student to join a political party,can enable Communist Party of China＇s objective to have faithfully fulfills,the Communist Party of China sophistication has reliable body＇s present.Joins a political party the motive method is straight strengthens to the student joins a political party the activist party spirit education,guides them on own initiative to strengthen the party spirit training.
