摘　　要：在目前社会就业高压的情况下,民企的发展给高职文秘专业学生的就业提供了很大的平台和机遇。然而,从调查的结果发现实际高职文秘专业学生的就业现状依然不容乐观,就这一矛盾现象浅析高职文秘专业学生就业难的原因,从教学、管理、社会因素等多视角剖析并有针对性地提出解决问题的策略。High current social situation of employment,the development of private enterprises to the students of vocational secretarial job provides a great platform and opportunity.However,from the survey＇s results show that the actual Gaozhi secretary of the employment status of students is still not optimistic on this paradox of Gaozhi Employment secretary major reason for students,from teaching,management,multiangle analysis of social factors and You Put forward strategies for solving problems.
