新闻翻译中的词汇初探

摘　　要：全球的一体化进程彰显了中外交流的重要性和必要性,对于新闻翻译的研究也因此愈发受到重视。鉴于不同的英汉语体和意识形态,中英新闻之间的差异成为翻译工作者普遍关注的问题。从基础层面的词汇出发,文章探讨了不同意识形态下,新闻词汇的特点和选择,并在此基础上归纳总结出两大翻译对策——异化和归化,以及译者在研究新闻翻译时应当具备的素养。Economic globalization shows the importance and necessity of international communication,thus enhancing the value of the study of news translation.In consideration of different Chinese-English styles and ideologies,the differences between Chinese and English news become the focus of translators＇ attention.Starting from the lexical level and under the guidance of different ideologies,this paper discusses the characteristics and choices of news vocabulary,based on which it introduces two translation strategies：foreignization and domestication,and shows the necessary qualities that translators should have.
