摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训是医学教育的重要组成部分,直接关系到医院专业人才的培养和轮训医师的就业问题。本文对职业能力进行了解读,分析了如何在住院医师规范化培训中加强职业能力的培养及其重要性。Residency standardized training is an important part of medicine education,relates directly to the hospital professional talents＇ cultivation and the employment problem of the resident.This paper explains the vocational ability,then focuses on how to strengthen the vocational ability cultivation and its importance in residency standardized training.
