摘　　要：工学结合是我国职业教育改革的方向,也是培养毕业生"零距离"上岗的有效途径。探索和实践工学结合的人才培养模式是新时期高职院校改革创新的重要内容。文章针对高职院校暖通专业如何实施工学结合的人才培养模式进行了思考。Combining engineering direction of the reform of vocational education in China is also producing graduates ＂zero distance＂ posts an effective way.Combination of exploration and practice of engineering training model is the Vocational and Technical College an important part of reform and innovation.
