肝癌侧支供血的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨肝癌侧支供血对肝癌化疗栓塞（TAE）治疗效果的影响。材料和方法：通过192例肝癌腹腔动脉造影表现进行分析。结果：显示（TAE）疗效与肿瘤的供血情况有关，单一动脉供血，无侧支供血者疗效较好，有侧支供血者疗效差。结论：侧支供血是影响疗效的重要因素，指出TAE时对侧支供血动脉应作永久性栓塞。Objective: To investigate the influence of branch blood feed of hepatocellutar carcinoma on theraputic effect of TAE. Materials and Methods: 192 cases of hepafocellular carcinoma underwent coeliac arteriography, to analysis tle blood supply of tumors and theirinfluence on therapeutic effect. Results: Therapeutic effect of TAE is correlated with blood feed of HCC. It's better in single blood feed thanwith branch blood feed. Conclsion: Branch blood feed is a important factor which affect the therapeutic effect. So we should embolige thebranch blood feed in TAE.
