摘  要:从猪巩膜中提取胶原,用自制模具分别采用3种方法制做角膜胶原膜,并测量膜的曲率半径、直径及其厚度。采用封闭冲压法制做胶原膜,膜中央与周边厚度无显著差异(P>0.1)。用静止干燥法制做胶原膜,膜中央厚,周边薄,两者有极显著差异(P<0.01〕。用离心法制做胶原膜,离心速度越快,膜周边越厚。3种方法所制胶原膜曲率半径均为9.0mm,直径均为14.5mm,厚度为0.006~0.279mm。结果表明,离心成膜法是3种方法中效率最高、最先进、最科学的方法。Collagen was extracted from sclera of pig. We made collagen shields in three different ways. Finally, surveied radius of curvature, diameter, and thickness of the collagen shields, Using sealing extrusion molding method, the central thickness wasn' t different from the peripheral thickness(P> 0. 1 ).Using staticdry method, the thickness of the center was thicker than that of the periphery (P<0. 01 ). Using centrifugal method, the faster the centrifuge turned,the thicker the peripheral thickness was .The central thickness was different from the peripheral thickness (P <0. 01 ). The radius of curvature was 9. 0mm .The diameter was 14. 5mm. The thickness was 0. 006-0. 279mm. It showed that the centrifugal method was the most efficient, the most advanced and the most scientific.
