肠内营养方法在结直肠肿瘤手术前肠道准备中的应用

摘　　要：目的采用肠内营养方法辅助手术前肠道准备,纠正结直肠肿瘤传统手术前肠道准备方法的缺陷,提高手术前肠道准备的质量和手术治疗的安全性。方法选择已确诊结直肠肿瘤并拟择期手术治疗的患者60例,随机分为试验组(口服肠内营养制剂)和对照组(按照传统肠道准备方法)各30例;比较肠道准备过程中不良反应的发生率,手术前晚清洁灌肠的次数,手术中肠道的清洁度,检测肠道准备前、后的血红蛋白水平。结果试验组手术前晚清洁灌肠的次数明显少于对照组,不良反应的发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义,两组的肠道清洁效果和血红蛋白水平差异无统计学方法。结论肠内营养方法辅助手术前肠道准备,有助于取得满意的肠道准备效果,有效弥补传统肠道准备方法的不足,具有较好的临床推广应用价值。Objective To investigate the enteral nutrition assisted preoperative bowel preparation,corrective bowel preparation before colorectal tumor traditional operation method of defect,enhance the quality of bowel preparation before surgery and surgical treatment of security.Methods 60 patients accepted colorectal tumor surgery were selected and randomly divided into treatment group（oral enteral nutrition） and control groups（according to the traditional preparation methods） in 30 patients each.Some aspects were analyzed between the 2 groups,including comparative incidence of adverse reactions in the preparation process,evening of the operation frequency of cleaning enema,surgery of intestinal cleanliness,detection of bowel preparation before and after the hemoglobin level.Results As for cleaning enema number and incidence of adverse reactions,there was statistically significant differences between the treatment group and control group,（P0.05）.As for intestinal cleansing effect and hemoglobin levels,there were no significant difference between the treatment group and control group.Conclusion Enteral nutrition assisted bowel preparation,help to achieve satisfactory effect,effectively make up for the lack of traditional preparation methods,has better clinical application value.
