慢性脑供血不足患者血清hS-CRP、血脂水平的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性脑供血不足患者血清的hs-CRP、血脂水平在临床中的应用意义。方法随机选取慢性脑供血不足患者40例,并分别测定其血脂水平和高敏C反应蛋白的浓度。将测定结果与健康人群的数据相对照,分析其临床意义。结果经对照得知,慢性脑供血不足组的CRP及血脂水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论应用hs-CRP与血脂水平联合监测,hS-CRP、血脂水平参与了慢性脑供血不足发生、发展过程,对慢性脑供血不足患者的诊断和预后具有一定的临床价值。Objective Patients with chronic cerebral insufficiency serum hs-CRP,lipid levels in clinical application significance.Methods Chronic cerebral insufficiency were randomly selected 40 patients,and lipid levels were determined and high sensitivity C-reactive protein concentration.The results will determine the data contrast with the healthy population,the clinical significance.Results The control that,chronic cerebral insufficiency group was significantly higher CRP and lipid levels（P0.01）.Conclusion The level of hs-CRP and lipid joint monitoring,hS-CRP,lipid levels in chronic cerebral insufficiency in the occurrence and development of chronic cerebral insufficiency diagnosis and prognosis of patients with certain clinical value.
