摘  要:为提高充填层砂浆的充盈度,减少表面气泡,采用足尺有机透明玻璃盖板与轨道板进行CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道水泥乳化沥青砂浆的灌揭板效果对比试验,研究其灌注工艺。结果表明:为确保灌注质量,在水泥乳化沥青砂浆技术指标满足灌注施工要求的前提下,宜采用新型排气漏斗进行灌注,灌注落差不宜超过1.5m,灌注速度以灌板时间约4min为宜,采取先快后慢的灌注节奏,待砂浆连续溢出时,立即封堵排气孔,停止灌注。该工艺已广泛应用于京沪高铁,京石武、沪杭客专等工程,所灌砂浆充盈饱满,填充密实,应用效果较好。To improve the filling degree of the mortar layer and reduce the bubbles of the mortar surface,the grouting technology of cement emulsified asphalt mortar for CRTSⅡslab ballastless track is studied by the contrast test of the real-foot transparent organic glass cover and the real concrete slab.The results show that if the technique parameters of cement emulsified asphalt mortar satisfy the requirements of grouting construction,it should adopt the new R D funnel for grouting,the grouting height should not exceed 1.5 meters,and it should take about 4 minutes for grouting one plate of slab.The grouting speed should slow down when the mortar contacting the slab bottom near the observation port.When the mortar overflow out continuously,it must seal the vents and stop the grouting immediately.This grouting technology has been applied in Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway,Beijing-Shijiazhuang-Wuhan High-speed Railway and Shanghai-Hangzhou High-speed Railway construction successfully.The mortar grouted by this technology is much fuller and denser with less bubble on the interfaces.
