摘　　要：素质导师制是武汉科技大学中南分校为实施成功素质教育人才培养模式而创建的一种新型育人机制。从辅导员到素质导师的变革,实现角色多元化的转变、工作职能多样化的定位、实现学生管理的专职化、专业化和专家化。为了完善素质导师制,可以在素质导师学习进修、队伍结构优化和自我发展等方面进行激励。The system of quality tutor is a new type of educating students created by Zhongnan Branch of Wuhan University of Science and technology for successfully practicing the talent training model of quality-oriented education.Transform from counselor to quality tutor brings about many changes such as the diversified role and working responsibility,and the specialized student management.In order to improve the reform,it is better to encourage quality tutor to engage in advanced studies and to optimize the structure of teaching staff.
