摘 要:对RDC选址的研究,有不少行之有效的模型,如重心法、P-中值法以及鲍莫尔-沃尔夫法等。然而,在RDC选址中,客户也是影响选址的一个重要因素,RDC的选址应从决策者和客户双方角度考虑,在满足客户服务时效性要求的前提下,确定最佳的RDC位置来达到企业总成本最小。本案例结合某石化产品销售公司RDC选址的实例,分析动态双层规划法在选址中的应用,实现从选址决策者和顾客两方面进行权衡,得出RDC在多时期内的最优动态选址布局,力求使该公司在客户满意度和总利润两方面都能达到满意。In the study of Regional Distribution Center (RDC) location, there are many proven models, such as center of gravity method, P-value method, and Baumol - Wolfe method. However, the customer is also an important factor in RDC location. So the interests of both policy makers and customers should be taken into account. While satisfying customer service requirements,the optimal RDC location should also minimize the total cost to the company. This paper takes a petrochemical sales company as an example to analyze the application of the two-level dynamic programming in RDC location. Finally, by balancing the interests of both decision makers and customers, the optimal dynamic RDC site layout in the long term is obtained so as to achieve higher customer satisfaction and better gross profit.
