摘 要:目的探讨hOGG1 Ser326Cys基因多态与原发性肝癌的关系。方法采用Meta分析对1994年1月至2009年11月国内外关于hOGG1 Ser326Cys基因多态与原发性肝癌关系的病例对照研究进行综合定量分析。结果共收集相关文献4篇,累计病例970例,对照991例。剔除日本人群数据后,hOGG1突变基因型(Cys/Cys+Ser/Cys)及突变纯合子基因型(Cys/Cys)与野生纯合子(Ser/Ser)比较,罹患肝癌的危险性均增高,合并的OR值分别为OR=1.89(1.47,2.41)和OR=2.32(1.06,5.06)。结论 hOGG1 Ser326Cys基因多态性与原发性肝癌易感性可能有关。Objective To discuss the relationship between the human 8-oxoguanine DNA glycosylase(hOGG1) gene polymorphism and hepatic carcinoma.Methods Adopt Meta analysis to perform comprehensive quantative analysis by case comparision research on the relatioship between hOGG1 Ser326Cys polymorphism and hepatic carcinoma from domestic and abroad research from Jan.1994 to Nov.2009.Results Altogether 4 relative papers were collected,including accumulated 970 cases and 991 controls.After getting out of the data of Japanese groups,comparing hOGG1 genotype(Cys/Cys + Ser/Cys),homozygous genotype(Cys/Cys),with Ser/Ser genotype,of above all types,the risks aquiring hepatic carcinoma increase.The combined OR values are: OR1=1.89(1.47,2.41) and OR2=2.32(1.06,5.06).Conclusion The hOGG1 Ser326Cys genetic polymorphism seems to be associated with the increased risk of hepatic carcinoma.
