摘　　要：我国西部农村地区留守儿童问题严重,面对信息洪流的冲击,提升西部农村地区留守儿童媒介素养显得尤为必要与迫切。西部地区县(市)级公共图书馆、农村校园图书馆与农村社区图书馆构成的三级支撑体系成为推进留守儿童媒介素养教育的重要平台,其中,西部地区县、市级公共图书馆应主动地走进留守儿童的视野与活动范围,农村校园图书馆应培养留守儿童的媒介审视与批判意识,农村社区图书馆应培养留守儿童的媒介参与能力和信息反哺能力,以提升西部农村留守儿童媒介素养。The problem of left-behind children in western rural China is very serious.Facing the impact of information flow,it＇s more necessary and urgent to improve the media literacy of left-behind children.The three-tier support system constituted by the county and city public library,the rural campus library and the rural community library in western China becomes an important platform for advancing the media literacy education of left-behind children.The county and city public library in western areas should take the initiative to enter the vision and scope of activities of left-behind children;the rural campus library should train media review and critical consciousness of left-behind children;the rural community library should train the capacity for participating into the media and regurgitation-feeding of information,in order to improve the media literacy of left-behind children in western rural China.
