多指标正交试验优选润肺止咳片的水提工艺

摘　　要：目的:优选润肺止咳片的提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验对提取工艺进行优选,以梓醇、阿魏酸、浸出物为指标考察加水量、提取次数、加水倍数对提取工艺的影响,最终确定地黄、熟地黄、白芍、当归的最佳水提工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为加10倍量水,提取90 min,2次。结论:选择君臣药为主要指标,又加入醇提物这一指标,兼备中药复方成分复杂的特点,可以更合理反映提取效果。Objective：Optimization study on extraction technology of Runfei Zhike tablets.Method： The orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the extraction technology with catalpol,ferulic acid and the extract as index to investigate the influence of water added,extraction times,adding water multiples on extraction technology and finally determined best water extraction process of radix rehmanniae,prepared rehmannia root,officinale and angelica.Result： The best extraction process was as follows： adding 10 times water quantity,extraction 90min,extraction 2 times.Conclusion：Select key indicators monarch smell also joined the alcohol extreat of the eindicators,both the charactcristics of tradition Chinese medicine complex components,can be more reasonable reflection of the extraction.
