摘  要:目的:优选广枣药材的最佳提取工艺。方法:通过正交试验考察乙醇体积分数、加乙醇量、提取时间、提取次数4个因素,采用反相高效液相法测定没食子酸含量,紫外-分光光度法测定总黄酮。结果:最佳的提取工艺是加8倍量70%乙醇回流提取2次,每次60 min。结论:该提取工艺经济、可行、可控。Objective:To optimize the extraction technology for traditional Mongolian medicine Fructus Choerospondiatis.Method:The extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal design with concentration of alcohol,amount of alcohol,extraction time and extraction times as factors.A RP-HPLC.Result:was established for determination of gallic acid;An UV-Spectrophotometer method was adopted to determine the content of total flavonoids.Result:The optimum extracting condition was as follows:adding eight times amount of 70% alcohol and refluxing and extracting for 1h(totally extracting for 2 times).Conclusion:The extraction technology was economic,feasible and controllable.
