摘　　要：目的:探讨临床药师在心内科参与药物治疗的临床思维及药学监护切入点。方法:结合临床药师深入心血管内科参与制定复杂患者用药方案等工作,总结开展药学服务的内容、方法和体会。结果与结论:临床药师的药学思维能力得到显著提高,可为临床提供多种形式的药学服务,以期药物应用更加安全和有效。Objective： To investigate the clinical thinking and pharmaceutical care of pharmacists in drug therapy of cardiology department.Methods： Clinical pharmacist took part in in-depth treatment of patients including complex programs,and summarized the methods and experiences of pharmaceutical care in department of cardiology.Results and conclusion： Clinical pharmacists can provide various kinds of clinical pharmaceutical services for the safe and effectiveness of drug therapies,which can also improve pharmaceutical thinking.
