摘  要:以散生问荆为原料,通过单因素实验和正交实验分析法对超声波辅助提取散生问荆有机硅的工艺进行优化。实验确定散生问荆有机硅提取的最佳工艺条件为:超声波功率为104W,料液比1:50,超声波提取时间和温度分别为40min、80℃,散生问荆有机硅得率可达1.63%。Equisetum was used as main materials, and extraction methods of organo-silica from equisetum were studied in this paper. The optimal extraction conditions of each method were determined by single test and orthogonal test. The results showed ultrasonic-assisted extration was the best method to extract the organo-silica from equisetum, and the optimal extraction condition as follows: the ratio of solid to liquid 1:50, ultrasonic power 104 W, ultrasonic time 40 min, and ultrasonic temperature 80 ℃. The yield of orange-silica is 1.63% under these conditions.
