摘　　要：当前,我们国家教育发展战略主题明确,开放教育发展势头良好,依托地方电大建成有中国特色的开放大学将成为远程教育创新发展的一个新趋势。本文从湖州广播电视大学教学和管理实践出发,对于区域开放大学体系的构建及其良好的运行机制进行初步的探讨。Nowadays, with the clear strategy for national education development and good momentum of open education development in China, it has become a new trend for developing long distance education to construct open universities with Chinese characteristics with the help of local Radio and TV Universities. This paper tends to make initial exploration on the construction of the system of regional open universities and its good operational mechanism based on the teaching and management of Huzhou Radio and TV University.
