摘  要:加强八年制医学生外科技能培训,培养其解决临床实际问题的能力是高等医学教育发展的需要。第二军医大学附属长海医院外科教研室在八年制医学生外科操作技能培训中,采用了合作教学法、分站模块式教学法、CBL教学法以及情景教学法等多元化教学方法,大大提高了学生的协作精神、创新思维能力、自主学习能力以及动手能力。It is a requirement of the development of higher medical education to enhance essential surgical skills of eight-year-program medical students and cultivate their ability to solve clinical problems.The Department of Surgical Education of Changhai Hospital Affiliated to Second Military Medical University(SMMU) used diverse teaching methods in essential surgical skill training of eight-year-program medical students.They include cooperative teaching,multiple modular system teaching,case-based learning(CBL) and the situational approach of teaching,which have significantly improved medical student's teamwork spirit,creative way of thinking,independent learning and operating ability.
