摘 要:在调谐二极管激光吸收光谱(TDLAS)技术中,谱线线形的检测精度受激光器调谐非线性和调制幅度的影响,本文针对近红外分布反馈(DFB)激光器,通过激光器的调谐特性曲线定量分析了调谐非线性和调制幅度对吸收线形的影响,提出了调谐非线性校正和调制幅度补偿方法,并通过实验验证了方法的有效性。实验结果表明,调谐非线性校正可以提高谱线线形精度6%,调制幅度补偿可以提高谱线线形精度4%。这种线形校正及补偿方法可提高此类系统的在线温度和压强检测的精确度。The spectral lineshape of tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy(TDLAS) can be used to calculate the gas temperature and pressure.The detection accuracy of spectral lineshape is affected by the laser tuning nonlinearity and modultion amplitude.Aiming at this problem,the influence of tuning nonlinearity and modultion amplitude on absorption lineshape was quantitatively analyzed based on tuning property curves of near infrared DFB laser in this paper.Then a tuning nonlinearity correction and modultion amplitude compensation method was proposed and the relevant experiments were cunducted to demonstrate the effectiveness of this method.Experimental results show that the tuning nonlinearity correction can improve the detection accuracy of spectral lineshape by 6%,and the modultion amplitude compensation can improve it by 4%.The method of lineshape correction and compensation proposed in this paper is favorable for the precision improvement of online temperature and pressure detection in such systems.
