摘　　要：根据高职高专医学院校的培养目标改革教学方法,在护生实习前强化训练中设计并开展了"任务驱动式"教学,有利于学生在探索中主动学习知识,培养学生善于钻研和勇于创新的精神,使学生更快适应灵活多变的临床护理工作。Teaching methods were reformed according to medical colleges and vocational training objectives.And the ＂Task-driving＂ teaching was launched in intensive training for nursing students before practice,which helped students＇ initiative learning in the exploration and innovation,and adapted themselves to clinical nursing practice quickly.
