摘　　要：胰腺癌早期症状不明显,临床确诊的患者多已处于中晚期,大多失去手术治疗机会。因此,非手术综合治疗中晚期胰腺癌是临床的基本原则。作为非手术综合治疗的重要组成部分综合性介入治疗,因为安全性和靶向性高、可重复性和近期疗效好,是近年来研究的热点,特别是介入导向的基因治疗将是以后发展的方向。现对近年来胰腺癌综合性介入治疗的研究进展进行综述。The pancreatic cancer patients without specific symptoms at early stage had mostly lost the opportunity of surgical therapy when detected at advanced stage.The idea of multidisciplinary non-operative therapies for advanced pancreatic cancer has been regarded as the basic principle in clinical practice.Interventional radiology has been recommended as an important part of comprehensive treatment for advanced pancreatic cancer by oncologists owing to its better safety,targeting,repeatability and term effect than conventional therapy,so has become the focus of research these years,especially that interventional radiology combined with genetic therapy will represent the trend of development in pancreatic cancer treatment.Here is to review the late research progress of the comprehensive interventional radiology treatment for advanced pancreatic cancer.
