摘　　要：近年来,多原发恶性肿瘤(MPMNs)的发现有增多的趋势,这与恶性肿瘤患者生存时间的延长及诊断水平的提高有关。而MPMNs误诊为原发肿瘤的转移或者漏诊将指引错误的治疗方向,选择不适宜的治疗方案,导致病情恶化。因此,准确识别MPMNs的重要性日益受到关注。现根据近年来MPMNs的研究报道对MPMNs的流行病学、判断标准、形成原因、常见部位、分型以及诊疗思路予以综述。In recent years,more multiple primary malignant neoplasms（MPMNs） are identified,which are related to the prolonged survival of patients suffering from cancer and the advancement of diagnostic techniques.The misdiagnosis of MPMNs as the metastases of the primary tumors or missed diagnosis will mislead therapeutic regimens and exacerbate the disease.Therefore,the accurate differentiation of MPMNs are becoming increasingly important.This article mainly reviews of epidemiology,diagnostic criteria,etiology,frequent sites of involvement,classification,and diagnostic protocols of MPMNs.
