摘  要:化学镀镍磷合金镀层由于其非晶态结构而具有优良的性能。为进一步拓宽其应用领域,通过比较试验,研究了化学镀镍磷合金层及不锈钢在500 ℃及高温常温冷热交替环境中的耐蚀性和抗氧化性。试验发现,在100 h 内,化学镀镍磷合金层在500 ℃下的增重与不锈钢基本相同,经氧化后,镀层磷含量显著降低,在盐溶液循环氧化试验中,化学镀镍磷合金层在上述条件下具有良好的耐蚀性和抗氧化性。Electroless nickel-phosphorus alloy deposits have excellent properties for their amorphous structure. In order to extend their application fileds, the corrosion resistance and anti-oxidation of nickel-phosphorus alloy deposits were studied at 500℃ and alternate high and room temperature by contrasting with stainless steel. The weight increase of electroless nickel-phosphorus alloy deposits at 500℃ was almost the same as that of stainless steel within 100 hours. The phosphorus content in the deposit decreased greatly after oxidation, and the weight increase of nickel-phosphorus alloy deposits was not obvious in cyclic tests of oxidation at 500℃ followed by immersion in 5% sodium chloride. The results show that electroless nickel-phosphorus alloy deposits have good corrosion resistance and anti-oxidation in the above-mentioned environments.
