复发性脑膜瘤若干问题的探讨

摘　　要：报告了10例复发性脑膜瘤患者。对8例病人施行了二次手术,2例采用放射治疗。作者发现肿瘤复发与肿瘤生长部位、手术方式等因素有关。作者同时对复发性脑膜瘤的诊断、治疗、预防等问题进行了讨论。In this paper, we report 10 cases with recurrent meningioma: 8 cases were performed on the second operation, the rest was used for radiation therapy. It was found that recurrent meningioma was related with the tumour types, position, and operation means etc. The auther also discussed the diagnosis, treatment, prevention method in the recurent meningioma.
