摘  要:介绍了美国联碳公司的UCARSOL HS 101, Dow化学公司的MDEA以及国产 CT8-5等新型选择性脱硫溶剂的工业应用情况。在原料气 CO_2/H_2S值大于3的情况下,采用UCARSOL HS 101溶剂可节能10%。改进胺法脱硫工艺流程,采用溶剂集中再生及串级SCOT工艺,不仅可节省投资和占地面积,同时串级SCOT可节省蒸汽约15%。降低胺耗的途径有:控制胺液的使用浓度不高于50%;当浓度为50%时可采用循环水洗回收胺,并加强溶剂过滤。高效填料(扁环和蜂窝填料)用于液化石油气脱硫塔的扩能改造,均可提高处理能力25%以上。Commercial application of new type selective desuifurizing solvents such as the UCARSOL HS 1O1 of American Union Carbide Company, the MDEA of Dow Chemical Company. and the domestic CT8-5 were introduced. Energy consumption can be reduced by 10% with the UCARSOL HS 1O1 solvent when the CO_2/H_2S ratio in feed gas is greater than 3. Investment cost and occupied land area can be saved by improving amine desulfurization process, regenerating solvent centrally and adopting the cascade SCOT process. Meanwhile steam consumption can be saved by about 15% with the cascade SCOT process. Approaches reducing amine consumption include: (1) controlling the concentration of alone to be less than 50%; (2) when its concentration is 50%, recovering amine through recycling water washing, and strengthening solvent fitration. The application of high efficient packings (flat rings & cellular packings) in capacity expansion of LPG desulfurizer can increase the processing capacity by more than 25%.
