摘  要:利用三维建模软件Pro/E对液压支架进行三维建模,然后将其导入仿真软件ADAMS中。应用ADAMS对液压支架进行了运动仿真,并对液压支架升降时顶梁端点的运动轨迹、掩护梁与水平夹角间的关系等进行了分析和研究,验证了设计的合理性。结果表明这种方法可更好地获得液压支架的运动过程及相关的参数。The three-dimensional model of a hydraulic support was set up using three-dimensional modeling software Pro/E,and the model was imported into simulation software ADAMS.The movement simulation of the hydraulic support was carried out applying ADAMS.The movement track of the top beam end and the relationship between the caving shield and horizontal angle during the raising and falling period of the hydraulic support were analyzed and verified.The results show that the movement processes and relevant parameters of the hydraulic support are well obtained by means of the method.
