摘　　要：针对我国核桃栽培面积大、产量高,但是加工技术落后,核桃大部分以原料的形式出售,只有少量的靠人工砸取,生产率低下,而我国的核桃种植面积和产量每年逐渐增加等问题,确定了核桃破壳取仁工艺,介绍了常见核桃破壳取仁方法及核桃破壳装置,并设计研发了6PK-500型核桃破壳机,对其结构和原理做了介绍。该机选用锥篮式破壳装置,采用了一对同轴不同锥度的锥体作为核桃破壳工作部件,可对核桃进行破壳取仁。该机主要由破壳体、调距手柄、传动轴组成。通过核桃破壳试验及影响核桃破壳的主要因素分析,表明该机具结构设计合理,为破壳装置的改进设计与使用提供了理论依据。there are some problems in walnut industry of our country,such as the area of walnut cultivation are huge and the yield is high,but the processing technology fall behind,and most walnuts are sold in the form of raw materials,only a few walnut seeds gotten by artificial and the productive is low,but the area of walnut cultivation and the yield increase year by year gradually.For those problems above,the technology of getting walnut seeds has been decided;this paper will introduce normal technologies of getting walnut seeds,a equipment of getting walnut seeds,and we designed and developed a equipment of getting walnut seeds,model 6PK-500,meantime introduced the structure and theory.In this machine,we can get walnut seeds by using the device of blue cone type which use a couple of centrums which have the same coaxial and different angles.The constitution of this machine is the body of broking,the handle of regulating the distance and transmission shaft.According to the analysis of the test of broking walnut and the main factor of influence on broking walnut,it shows that this machine has the reasonable frame and it provides reasonable gist for device＇s improving and using.
