球头硅胶管逆行置管术治疗鼻泪管阻塞的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨球头硅胶管逆行置管术治疗鼻泪管阻塞的临床疗效。方法:对98例(110眼)诊断为慢性泪囊炎或鼻泪管阻塞的患者进行球头硅胶管逆行置管术术,术后随访6～12个月。观察术后患者溢泪溢脓的症状及泪道冲洗情况。结果:球头硅胶管逆行置管术后溢泪、溢脓症状完全消失,泪道冲洗通畅的有82例(90眼),治愈率为81.82%;术后仍有溢泪,但无溢脓,泪道通畅的有6例(7眼),好转率为6.36%,总的有效率为88.18%;随访6～12个月,6个月后出现复发的患者,复发率为4.54%。结论:球头硅胶管逆行置管治疗鼻泪管阻塞短期手术治愈率高,复发率低,风险低,治疗费用低,可作为鼻泪管阻塞的首选治疗方案。Obstract： Objective： To evaluate the clinic value and the curative effects of the inversely the ball-shaped silicone nasolacrimal intubation. Methods： From January,2009 to March,2010,98 cases （110 eyes）with nasolacrimal duct obstruction or stenosis, they were inversed the ballshaped silicone nasolacrimal intubation successfully. Resuhs： The cure rate was 81.82%（90 eyes follow up 6-12 months）,the efficient rate was 88.18%,the recurrence rate was 4.54%.Conclusion： The results suggests that the inversely the ball-shaped silicone nasolacrimal intubation is a simple, convenient and effective surgery, which is suitable to popularize for treating the nasolacrimal duct obstruction.
