社会资本对企业创新绩效的影响-知识资源获取的中介作用

摘　　要：本文以社会资本理论为基础,通过对西安光电子产业集群142家企业进行问卷调查所获数据,运用结构方程模型进行实证研究。结果表明认知资本、关系资本、位置资本、结构资本对企业知识资源获取、创新绩效有显著影响。所以,企业应重视社会资本,加强知识资源获取,充分利用外部社会资本,获取更多知识资源,实现创新绩效的提高。In this paper, based on the enterprise networks theory,＂ Author obtain the data through conducting a question- naire survey of 142 companies in the Xi＇ an Communications equipment manufacturing industry cluster, then, Author use structural equation modeling to conduct empirical research. We can draw the conclusion that enterprise network strength, network stability, network density, has a significant influence on innovation performance of enterprises, while the size of the network has no significant influence on innovation performance of enterprises. Absorption capacity play a part of the intermediary role between the enterprise network infrastructure and the innovation performance. Therefore, Enterprises should pay more attention to the external network structure, strengh their absorptive capacity, make full use of external network, obtain more information and knowledge resources, improve innovation performance.
