全口义齿软衬材料34例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨软衬材料应用于全口义齿的临床效果。方法选择牙槽嵴固有条件差的无牙颌患者68例,分为试验组和对照组,每组34例。试验组采用热凝软衬材料制作总义齿,对照组采用常规热凝树脂材料制作总义齿。结果利用软衬材料衬垫在义齿基托组织面上,可以缓冲咬合力,减少或消除压痛;可提高义齿基托与牙槽嵴的密合性,并可利用组织倒凹,加强固位效果。试验组成功率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对牙槽嵴固有条件差的牙列缺失者,应用热凝软衬材料修复可获得良好的临床效果。Objective To study the clinical effect of the soft lining materials applied to the full denture.Methods Choose alveolar ridge inherent poor condition of 68 patients without dentural defect patients,divided into trial group and control group,each group of 34 patients.Trial group adopted thermal coagulation soft lining material produced by total dentures,control group adopted conventional thermal coagulation resin material produced by total denture.Results Using soft lining materials liner in denture underpinning organization face could buffer bite force,to reduce or eliminate tenderness.At the same time,it could improve closed sex of denture underpinning and alveolar ridge,and available,strengthen the organization poured concave retention effect.The success rate of trial group was obviously higher than control group,and group difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion For the patients with the alveolar ridge inherent poor condition of tooth column defects in the thermal coagulation,the soft lining materials to repair can obtain good clinical effect.
