鼻内镜下慢性泪囊炎伴泪道狭窄的扩张管植入术式的探讨

摘　　要：目的：探讨鼻内镜下慢性泪囊炎伴泪小管狭窄手术中扩张管植入、固定方式.方法：选择确诊为慢性泪囊炎并伴泪小管狭窄患者50例（55眼）,采取鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊造口、植入扩张管并固定于中鼻甲.结果：治愈35眼（63.6%）,好转16眼（29.1%）,无效4眼（7.3%）,总有效率92.7%.结论：本手术方式,选材容易,操作简单,固定牢靠,能长时间置管扩张而患者无明显不适,经济安全有效.Purpose： to explore the inferior turbinate under the scrotum resulting from chronic inflammatory and the tears shed tears of operation and expansion of the patient, a choice, methods： treated for chronic inflammatory and full of tears and the tears of the 50 cases （eyes and 55） inferior turhinate under the nasal tears purse to build, patient and to the expansion of the nose. Results the cure of 35 （63.6%） 16 while the eye （29.1%） always efficient（92.7%） percent, conclusion： the operation, the choice of materials and operation simple is easy, secure, long time to the expansion and the patient, without economic security.
