摘 要:目的了解大学生AIDS歧视态度相关因素,探索各因素与歧视态度的关系。方法在天津市2所高校随机抽取1 772名在校生进行问卷调查,内容包括AIDS认知水平及相关态度,采用结构方程模型对数据进行分析。结果大学生对AIDS认知水平普遍较高,多数学生愿意接纳、帮助AIDS患者。结构方程模型分析结果表明,随着AIDS危险途径知识、安全途径知识水平提高,大学生AIDS歧视态度逐渐减弱,支持态度逐渐增强;随着AIDS歧视态度的降低,大学生参与HIV咨询检测、向他人透露阳性结果的意愿增强;AIDS支持态度则无此影响。结论掌握预防AIDS知识,确立对AIDS的正确态度,能够促进大学生参与自愿咨询检测,向他人透露自身感染情况,同时也有助于转变全社会对AIDS的歧视观念。Objective To understand the influencing factors associated with AIDS discrimination and to explore the relation among college students.Methods A total of 1 772 students from two universities in Tianjin were chosen and surveyed with the questionnaire on their AIDS perception and stigma attitude.Data were analyzed with structural equation model.Results Students in the study had high level of AIDS perception and were willing to help people with AIDS.The results of structural equation model indicated that with knowledge about risk and safe transmitting route rising,the stigma attitude against AIDS persons decreased and the support attitude increased gradually.The decreasing of stigma attitude can promote students to take part in HIV volunteer consult test,and disclose positive result.However,there was no statistical significance on support attitude.Conclusion Mastering AIDS prevention knowledge and establishing correct attitude is not only conducive to encouraging students to participate in HIV volunteer test and uncover the positive result,but also changing the discrimination attitude of society.
