摘　　要：结直肠癌以综合治疗为主，化疗是其中主要手段之一，合理有效的化疗可以延长患者生存期，改善生活质量。近年来随着卡培他滨（CAP）草酸铂（L—OHP）伊立替康（CPT-11）及分子靶向药物贝伐单抗（BV）西妥昔单抗（C225）的应用，突破了以5-FUN主的传统化疗模式，并取得显著的疗效。Chemotherapy is one of the primary means of integrated treatment of colorectal cancer, rational and effective chemotherapy can prolong survival and improve quality of life. In recent years, the application of capecitabine （CAP）, oxaliplatin （L-OHP）, irinotecan （CPT-11） and molecular targeted agents bevacizumab （BV） cetuximab （C225） broke the traditional 5-FU-based chemotherapy model, and achieved significant results.
