GFP方案分周疗法治疗晚期食管癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨吉西他滨(GEM)联合氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)、顺铂(DDP)组成的GFP分周方案治疗晚期食管癌的客观疗效及安全性。方法:62例晚期食管癌,采用GFP分周方案化疗,吉西他滨(GEM)1.0g/m2,静脉滴注,第1天和第8天;氟尿嘧啶1000mg/m2持续48小时静脉滴注,第1-2和第8-9天,顺铂20mg/m2,静脉滴注,第1-2和第8-9天。每3周重复,化疗2个周期后评价疗效及不良反应。结果:62例患者共接受362周期的化疗,全部患者均可评价疗效。总有效率(CR+PR)54.8%(34/62例),中位TTP5.2个月,中位生存时间10.4个月,主要不良作用为贫血、白细胞和血小板III度和IV度下降,恶心呕吐,腹泻乏力黏膜炎等,均能耐受。结论:GFP方案分周疗法治疗晚期食管癌,疗效肯定,安全性好,患者可耐受。Objective：To evaluate the efficacy and safety of weekly gemcetabine combined with 5-FU/DDP in advanced esophageal cancer.Methods：Sixty-two patients with advanced esophageal cancer were treated with gemcitabine1.0g/m^2,on days1,8;5-FU 1000mg/m^2 48-hour continuously intravenous infusion on 1-2 and the 8-9th day,DDP 20mg/m^2,vein drop on1-2nd and the 8-9th day.Every three week redundant.Results：A total of 62 patients received 362 cycles of chemotherapy,all the patients can be evaluated.total response rate（CR＋PR） 54.8%（34/62 example）,median TTP 5.2 month,mOS 10.4 months.The main side effect were anemia,leukopenia and thrombocytopenia of grade 3-4,vomit,diarrhea,asthenia,mucous membrane inflammation.Conclusion ：We GFP plan weekly therapy for advanced esophagus cancer,the curative effect is good.
